About Civic Steady

Civic Steady exists to make one federal rule feel manageable for the small public offices that keep communities running. We write in plain language, build tools you can actually use, and keep our prices within small-entity budgets.

Who is behind it

Civic Steady was founded by Rob Sieck, RN, MHA, a former U.S. Army combat medic with a long career in health care. Years of that work taught him the value of clear checklists, written procedures and steady follow-through, especially when the stakes are real and the team is small. Civic Steady brings that same approach to web accessibility.

How we work

• Plain language first, with every rule fact dated and linked to an official source.
• Written help you can keep on file, rather than meetings and sales calls.
• Honest limits: we offer readiness and organizing tools, not legal advice or guarantees.
• We design our own website and documents to WCAG 2.1 AA and check them before publishing.
