We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. We hold ourselves to the same standard we help our customers prepare for.

Our standard

This site is designed to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we do

• We use clear headings, real form labels, strong color contrast, a visible keyboard focus and a skip link.
• We test every page with automated checkers (axe and Lighthouse) and by keyboard before publishing.
• Our kit PDFs are produced as tagged PDFs, and every document also comes in an editable Word or Excel version.

Known limitations

Automated tools cannot find every barrier. If something does not work for you, we want to know.
