Prices follow the same population groups the rule uses. Special districts always use the small entity prices.
Small entities

$15 a month for each website
For members who look after more than one website, such as a separate library or utility site.
Card checkout is handled securely by Stripe. You will be asked for your name, your organization's name and your email so we can send the kit and your receipt.
Purchase orders, invoices and our W-9
- Card: pay online by card, including purchasing cards, with the buy buttons above.
- Invoice: request a quote and we will send an invoice with net 30 terms. Pay by check or ACH.
- Purchase order: send your PO and we will show its number on the invoice and deliver the kit when the PO arrives.
- W-9: we send a completed W-9 with every quote, or any time you ask.
- Vendor forms: send us your supplier registration forms and we will complete them promptly.
Our prices are below the small-purchase limits in most local purchasing policies. Please confirm with your purchasing officer, since every entity's rules differ.
