Who we are
Civic Steady is a brand of Trilogy Performance Media, LLC ("we"). By using this site or buying our products, you agree to these terms.
Not legal advice
Our kit, membership, briefs, email answers and website provide general information and organizing tools. They are not legal advice, they do not create an attorney and client relationship, and they do not guarantee that any website, document or app meets any law or standard. Please consult your attorney about your obligations.
License
When you buy the kit, the purchasing entity receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, copy and adapt the materials for its own internal purposes. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the materials, except that you may publish documents you adapt from our templates, such as your own accessibility statement or policy.
Membership
Monthly memberships renew each month until cancelled. Yearly memberships run for the paid term and renew only by your choice. You can cancel any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. Invoices are due within 30 days unless your purchase order states otherwise and we agree in writing.
Refunds
If the Title II Web Readiness Kit is not a good fit for you, just email us at hello@civicsteady.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price, no questions asked.
For Steady Desk memberships, you can cancel any time, and access continues through the end of the paid period, as described under Membership above.
Accuracy and changes
We work to keep rule facts current and date each one. Rules and court decisions can change, and we may update our materials and these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
